Bonamassa at Reading, PA was incredible! Sovereign Performing Arts Center-Reading,PA
Wow; amazing show. He was on fire with very passionate guitar work and vocals. His vocals came across as being much stronger in person that his studio recordings. He is so humble and yet so powerful with being arrogant. His acoustic guitar “section” of the show was perfection at it’s best. No hiding there. Search YouTube for Bonamassa and Reading for videos. Excellent; hope he comes back to Reading next year.
Favorite moment: He brought the house down when he launched into “Young Man Blues.”
JB nails it yet again! NYCB Theatre at Westbury-Westbury,NY
I have been seeing Joe since when you could see him for 5 bucks at a bar. He was great then but just keeps geting better. JB is a huge talent and has earned my respect as one of the greatest players and showman ever .
Favorite moment: When I whislted and he laughed. Joe just seems to love what he does. His family was there. How proud they must be. Beyond that, every other second! Setlist: Joe doug deep and played a little of everything from old to new.
Best ever! Carnegie Music Hall of Oakland-Pittsburgh,PA
Terrific musician. The concert was as good as I hoped it would be. I look forward to his return.
Bonamassa never disappoints! Palace Theatre Columbus- Columbus,OH
As always, Joe Bonamassa put on an excellent show. His immense skill as a guitarist and songwriter were showcased. I would enjoy hearing more of his jazz and acoustic skills, but realize much of the crowd is primarily interested in the blues/rock music.
Favorite moment: Solo acoustic flamenco style number was moving. Could have done with more flamenco and less of the fusion into rock in the middle.
