It’s Monday night and you know what THAT means! No, it’s not time to cry over your beer that it’s only Monday. It means it’s time to crank up some unbelievable, thrilling rock songs! We’ve got quite a show for you tonight, mixing in the old and the new. Our show starts off with the incredible Doors tune, “The End,” a song which always remind us both of its late 60s revolutionary musical spirit as well as that awesome opening from Apocalypse Now. Janis Joplin continues the show with a rousing rendition of Piece of My Heart, one of her signature and best songs, Live all the way from Stockholm, Sweden. Then Nirvana gets a bit haunting and even mellow – if you can believe it – with the gripping “All Apologies” from their acoustic MTV unplugged show. Amy Winehouse brings it old school soul style with “You No I’m No Good,” and finally, we have a mind-blowing, explosive and epic rendition of “Voodoo Child (Slight Return)” by that wizard of axe, Jimi Hendrix. Enjoy the show!
