While most people in their 70’s are taking it easy and playing golf, not Alice Cooper! Well, he does play golf, but lately, He’s working harder than ever by adding on additional October dates to his "Paranormal Evening With" tour. These additional dates are in support of his 27th studio album, Paranormal. The tour will finish up right after his favorite time of the year, Halloween!

He also just finished a tour with his other band, the Hollywood Vampires, a side project he does with Johnny Depp and Joe Perry from Aerosmith, which he likes to call “the world’s most expensive bar band.” After all the touring, you think he would take a break for a while to hang out with his wife, nope, because his wife is part of the tour. When she’s not doing backup vocals, she’s the evil nurse and the pirouetting ballerina in another part of the show. Alice is keeping it in the family! When asked why he was still touring and constantly working, his reply was “Playing rock and roll keeps you young.”

He’s a musician for the generations, the “Godfather of Shock Rock,” and has been doing what he loves for 50+ years creating outrageous, over the top macabre performances. If you don’t get a chance to see him live in concert with all the theatrics and debauchery, you’ll be able to check out the performance, he did in Paris with his release “A Paranormal Evening at The Olympia Paris” on August 31st, through earMUSIC.

Don’t expect to see him slow down anytime soon in 2019, he said that his fans should expect to see four new albums coming out and over 200 shows to promote them. Stay tuned…Alice will be back and coming for your soul!

A few fun facts about Alice…The artists who inspired him to become a musician was Chuck Berry and Elvis Presley.
