Win The Ultimate Players Experience!

Songbirds Guitar Museum announced Tuesday a contest where one lucky young person will have the vintage guitar experience of a lifetime. Songbirds Guitar Museum will give away one Player Experience to a qualified guitar player, 18 years of age or younger, with blues great Joe Bonamassa. Songbirds’ Player Experience gives a player the opportunity to play legendary vintage guitars and amplifiers from the Songbird’s Collection, only this time with the added benefit of playing alongside Joe the morning of Aug. 7 at Songbirds Guitar Museum located in Chattanooga.

Later that day, the winner will record a track in a professional recording studio. Finally that evening, the winner will have the opportunity to play live on stage with artist Paul Childers as he honors blues guitar legend Stevie Ray Vaughn at the Songbirds South Stage. Hotel accommodations will be provided for the winner and guardian.

“Every once in a while you are given an opportunity to participate in something that could change the trajectory of someone’s musical life,” said Mr. Bonamassa. “I am honored to participate in this experience that was generously donated by The Songbirds Guitar Museum. To spend a day amongst the greatest guitar collection in the world and play music will be something anyone will remember for the rest of their lives.”

Entrants will be judged based on material submitted. No purchase necessary. Purchases will not enhance chances of winning. Void where prohibited. Accommodations in the Chattanooga, TN area are included, if necessary. Travel and additional expenses not included. Contest entry open 12PM (noon) EDT on June 30, 2020 and closes 12PM (noon) EDT on July 17, 2020. Entries will be judged by a panel of guitar experts, including Joe Bonamassa, and the winner will be announced via Songbirds’ social media on July 24, 2020. VIP Experience will take place on August 7, 2020 at Songbirds Guitar Museum in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Entrants must be 18 years of age and under; a parent or guardian must be in attendance if the winner is under 18 years of age. Kids, get your parents’ permission before entering. One (1) prize available.

To enter, make a video, 5 minutes or less, with your kids’ best guitar material and a short explanation of why they should be chosen. Get creative, have fun, and show us their very best!
