During one of Joe’s many visits to his favorite local vintage guitar shop, after testing and reviewing two Fenders (a 1965 Strat and a 1954 Tele with a Black Guard), Joe decides to take up receptionist duties for his Uncle Norm and answers a few customer service calls.
