Today I decided to set some goals for myself throu Today I decided to set some goals for myself through the rest of the summer. Primarily it is to be at my Royal Albert Hall 2009 weight of 175 pounds by the time we do our pay per view livestream event from the Ryman Auditorium on Sept 20th. We will be playing the entire @abbeyroadstudios album in it’s entirety. I have come up with a de-motivational plaque to keep a diary of the progress aka the misery. I am excited and look forward sharing the results. Oh and the bike and guitars? Sometimes a photo is just a photo. Bike and guitars.. Nothing Machiavellian here to see. At least not yet. 😎👍🤷‍♂️

Thank you to my friend @kirkfletchermusic for insp Thank you to my friend @kirkfletchermusic for inspiring me to break out the capo and play in the style of the late great Albert Collins. I will never forget being on stage with him in 1989 and seeing him stare at me ( in a nice way) then completely blow me off the stage with a Telecaster, a 200 foot cable and a Fender Quad Reverb. Albert was one of the greatest of all time and a killer singer as well. 😎👍
