Taking a well-deserved break, Joe visited the historically-rich countries of Greece and Egypt—two bucket list locales—with his friend and colleague Kevin Shirley. Together, they decide it’s the perfect opportunity to unwind and get inspired for Joe’s next studio album.
During their trip, they toured the ancient pyramids, museums, local haunts, and ate delicious food, even taking the “Uber Egypt” mode of transportation (via camelback). Although the time flew by during the 2-week escape, they still managed to have some fun, explore some beautiful places, and even create some amazing and magical music at Black Rock Studios. What fruits will come of this labor? Only time will tell.
